We should eat vegetables and fruits.Children and adults like to eat unhealthy foods like chocolate, french fries and sweets.Eating healthy foods is important because it can help from getting sick.Fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber that may help protect you from chronic diseases. Compared with people who consume a diet with only small amounts of fruits and vegetables, those who eat more generous amounts as part of a healthful diet are likely to have reduced risk of chronic diseases, including stroke and perhaps other cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancers.I sometime do like eating vegetables but sometimes not because sometime my maid cook for me vegetables that I do not like.For fruits I do love eating fruits because it is juicy.No i do not help the school campaign in encouraging children to eat vegetables and fruits because I do not eat vegetables in school.The school could make a competition in eating vegetables and fruits.
