We should eat vegetables and fruits.Children and adults like to eat unhealthy foods like chocolate, french fries and sweets.Eating healthy foods is important because it can help from getting sick.Fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber that may help protect you from chronic diseases. Compared with people who consume a diet with only small amounts of fruits and vegetables, those who eat more generous amounts as part of a healthful diet are likely to have reduced risk of chronic diseases, including stroke and perhaps other cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancers.I sometime do like eating vegetables but sometimes not because sometime my maid cook for me vegetables that I do not like.For fruits I do love eating fruits because it is juicy.No i do not help the school campaign in encouraging children to eat vegetables and fruits because I do not eat vegetables in school.The school could make a competition in eating vegetables and fruits.

I think the school gets the pupils to read boks in morning because they want the pupils to strive for excellence in their studies. I do like reading in the morning because it will refresh mind before i step into the class to start the lesson. Sometime when i am lazy i do not like reading but when I am studying I love reading. I read non-fiction storybooks. Yes it do help me in my studies because it can help me in my composition writing. the school can encourage pupils to read books when there is no teacher in the class. I would recommend people to read "Harry Potter" storybooks. The author is J.K Rowling. She is good in her grammar and vocabulary. I wish people would read more storybooks when they read this post. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I will either have basketball or track and field training.My religious class will be on monday to thursday. My tuition is on tuesday and thursday. I will play soccer with my family either on saturday or sunday. It is almost everyday I do this activities. I will spend less than three hours. I am involve in this activites because I am in a sport class. No because I want to put it in my spare time.Yes it do affect my studies because when i am tired, i cannot concentrate in my studies. I will not get good results for my examination also. No because when i am playing, I can forget about my upcoming examination. I think people do have to take some of the outside activities because it can make the stress go away.Thank you.

Hi class, I understand that the values passion for learning means to have the passion to learn or in other words to encourage people learn more and explore more in learning. I think it is necessary for people to have a passion for learning because it can help them to achieve their targets if they have set it. It can also help to make those who are lazy to learn can do something in education like for example reading a storybook. I do know that my brother do have passion for learning because he will stay up late to study and if he have nothing else to do, he will take a storybook and read. They can show their passion for learning by being hardworking in their work like doing assesment every spare time they have. I guess i do but not much because I am also lazy to learn after my training. I can tell myself to go my training only twice a week in order to prevent my laziness in my study. THANK YOU....

The purpose of setting targets for the various subjects are to make we get a better results on the next examination.Yes, I think this is useful because if we get the goal we are aiming, it means that we are moving towards the right path. I make a home timetable and make a target that is specific.I have a plan to strive by watching television for only half an hour.My parents are helping me to achieve my targets by buying more assessments and get a good tuition teacher.I will motivate myself towards achieving my targets by handing up homework on time and concentrate while studying.I think the school can help me to achieve my target by making more remedials.

During my december holiday, i did not went overseas. i went to escape theme park,wild wild wet and more... Every monday, wednesday and friday i will come to school for basketball training. I will go and play and play bowling at safra yishun with my family every sunday. Every afternoon my friend, Raja will come my house and we will play soccer. I have started my tuition since the first week of december. My memorable moment is when we celebrate my birthday.It was a big surprise.
